Broad response capacity
The Wakayama Plant primarily manufactures cast products as functional materials, such as various alloy cast iron and ni-resist cast iron. The plant is capable of providing single products with unit weights of 100-4,000 kg. The China Plant has much larger production lines to mass-produce machining and cast iron products with a maximum unit weight of 13,000 kg. The two plants have different features to handle the variety of customer needs.
We are capable of providing a wide variety of products made of different materials, such as gray cast iron, ductile cast iron, ni-resist cast iron, various alloy cast iron, and heat resistant casting iron.
We are capable of providing not only cast iron raw materials but also products matching customer needs such as products subject to rough machining, final machining, and assembly.

Our excellent traceability has been established through perfect inspections and control in all processes of cast materials, control of molten cast material, control of sand, control of casting, and mechanical tests; therefore, we can promise stable production of all products. 130+ years of experience and achievements
Since our establishment in 1891, we have made rapid progress by focusing on the casting business. Our involvement in the manufacture of a wide variety of products for different industrial fields for more than 130 years is reflected in the products we manufacture for our customers-products that cannot be easily imitated.
A consistent production management system from the fabrication of casting patterns to machining for finished products, as well as the Made-in-Japan quality control (Xinxiang Yukawa was ISO 9001 certified by the JQA in January 2014) enables quick delivery with high quality at low cost. We respond to customer requests with production formation that includes preparation for the next generation.
Our tradition and advantages originate from the fact that we have been involved not only in manufacturing cast iron products for a single industrial field, but we have also manufactured cast iron products for a variety of industrial fields using our experience and expertise in product manufacturing.
